Track your order
Every order gets a confirmation e-mail the moment it is placed, and a second e-mail with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. The tracking link is the fastest way to see where your order is.
How long it takes
- Netherlands — 1–2 working days
- Elsewhere in the EU — 2–4 working days
Those are the days after dispatch, not after ordering.
No e-mail?
Check the spam folder first — confirmation mail lands there more often than anywhere else. If it is not there either, send us the name and postcode the order was placed under and we will find it.
Tracking has not moved
A tracking code is created when the label is printed, which can be a few hours before the carrier actually scans the parcel. If nothing has moved after two working days, write to us and we will chase it.
