FAQ
Frequently asked
Is 20–30 mmHg right for me?
It is firm. You will notice it, and that is the product working. Made for long days standing, long journeys, and legs that feel heavy by evening. If you have never worn compression, expect about a week to get used to putting them on.
Should I check with a doctor first?
Yes, if you have a diagnosed venous or arterial condition, diabetes with reduced feeling in the feet, heart failure, or a skin infection on the leg. With a diagnosed venous condition a prescribed stocking is the right product.
Why mmHg and not a compression class?
A class number would be wrong in at least one market. 20–30 mmHg is the American scale; the German RAL standard splits that same range across class 1 and class 2. So ours spans both and belongs to neither.
How do I put them on correctly?
- Turn the sock inside out down to the heel.
- Slide your foot in, making sure your toes and heel are positioned correctly.
- Gently pull the sock up over your calf, distributing the fabric evenly.
- Position the top just below your knee. Do not pull it higher or fold the band over.
Do I need a medical reason to wear them?
No. Long days, long journeys, hours on your feet, or simply a day with a lot of ground to cover. You put them on because you know what your legs are in for that day.
Fit and care
Which size do I need?
Two numbers, not one: your shoe size and your calf circumference. S — EU 35–38. M — EU 39–42. L — EU 43–45. XL — EU 46–47.
What is the full range?
EU 35–47, calf 26–48 cm.
Is there a left and a right?
Yes. They are mirrored, so the heel cup and the ankle band cannot twist out of place.
How do I wash them?
30°, inside out, no fabric softener — softener coats the elastane and stops it pulling back. Dry flat, never in a tumble dryer.
