What to send us
Include your order number if you have one, and the name and postcode the order was placed under if you do not. That is usually enough for us to find everything without a second e-mail.
Before you write
Three questions come up more than any other, and the answers are already written down:
- Which size do I need? Two numbers, not one — your shoe size and your calf circumference. The sizes are listed in the FAQ.
- Where is my parcel? Track your order.
- How do I send something back? The refund policy sets out the steps.
Returns
Unworn and in its packaging. Write to us first so we can tell you where to send it — return postage is at your own cost. Customers in the EU can also use the withdrawal form.
